What is a styled shoot? A styled shoot is an opportunity for wedding vendors to collaborate with one another so that they can put together their ideal images for weddings. This is an opportunity to build portfolios, to network with other vendors and to learn! There are many different ways to setup a styled shoot and there is no limit on the type of images you want to curate. If you are looking to photograph at a particular venue, then networking with the venue is a great way to establish connections with venue owners and other wedding vendors.

Stacey Rogan, the In- House Coordinator at Bykenhulle House and Albelisa Kemp of Maple Field Floral hosted this styled shoot at Bykenhulle House. I was able to network with other photographers, hair and makeup artists and other wedding vendors that participated. It was a beautiful day and so much fun. I love hosting and participating in styled shoots. It’s such a creative outlet for me as a photographer to be able to take my time and create the images that I love as well as helping other vendors showcase their talents through beautiful pictures.
